I have owned two Teslas in the last 5 years and they have been nothing but amazing. No issues. Not flawless, but certainly as compared to other EVs a cut above. That said, likely my next car will be a Rivian if they survive.
I would pay to watch you have this conversation with the Tesla Engineer in question.
