    1. It’s just a call for a talk by the intelligence committee, not an actual talk.
    2. It’s happening on local level in Germany, not the EU.
    3. A bunch of EU countries banned TikTok from government devices, EU banned it from staff member devices, but at no point there was talk about general ban of TikTok under DSA or new law.

    EU has started the process of banning it as well.

    If you have any information to prove me wrong, I’m open to hearing it.

      Again, the start of everything is to talk. That you are not satisfied that the talks are not fast enough, or widespread enough, or whatever doesn’t mean what you are claiming.
