He has a half billion dollar judgment against him for crimes he’s been convicted of.

Those are not crimes. Do you know what a crime is? A civil case is not a criminal case. None of those cases would have prevailed in a criminal court.

His actions were still illegal. Just because they chose to prosecute as civil, doesn’t mean he didn’t commit crimes.

lol… actually it does. Words have meanings. I get you lefties love 1984, but it’s not a manual on how to run the country.

Trump has not been convicted of a crime.

By conservative logic as applied to Democrats, merely asserting something makes it true. So Biden is guilty of “dereliction of duty” because he’s “ignoring” the border, of “treason” because of his unproved involvement in his son’s foreign business deals, or most relevantly, is guilty of commandeering classified documents despite not being charged for anything.

So, merely applying conservative logic to conservatives, which is only fair, would mean that Trump is a criminal given his eighty-eight indictments, many of which are federal charges.

Political charges. Notice how the Democrats keep failing in court against Trump. Their attempts to stop him from running have only made him more popular.

If Trump wins, it is because of the banana republic that the Democrats tried to create. Had they just ignored him, he wouldn’t have gained in popularity.

The charges against Biden are also political then. Notice how Republicans have failed to pin Joe Biden for the crimes of his son. That’s why those charges are political. They’re certainly not backed by evidence.

When Biden wins, you’ll see that Trump’s fascist movement (I use that term knowing what it means probably more deeply than you) will never simply wither away on the vine form neglect. It must be rhetorically confronted and humiliated at every chance.

Well the classified documents they stated he was too incompetent to be charged. Not that he didn’t commit the crime but he was too feeble minded to be prosecuted. Biden isn’t going to win. Whatever his name, the Kennedy is going to pull votes from Biden. That’ll give Trump the chance to win the electoral college and clean up the decay in Washington.

If Trump loses, I’m retiring and moving to Florida. With my capital gains, I’ll be fine.

Since you like wordplay, Trump said law and order yet he broke the law and was convicted of it. Civil laws are still laws.

Just coming back to this. In addition to the multiple times his organizations have been found guilty for fraud, in addition to being found liable for rape, he has been convinced by a jury of his peers on 34 distinct felonies. He is a felon.
