I get what you’re saying and half of his tweets (probably far more than this to be honest) offer very little.
What he does say though tends to be pretty accurate and I don’t recall “here we go” being wrong before, he’s a good aggregator of other journalists with the occasional first report.
T2 feels right to me, definitely not tier 1 (which I think he used to be on reddit) but tier 3 seems harsh.
