hi! sorry for the dumb question, but i genuinely wanna know how strict they are with return/exhchange policy. i bought a lulu keychain in nov of 2023 (ik it’s a while back) but i love the new pink one and was just wondering if i should even bother to try to exchange/return it. i ordered online. it’s still in perfect condition, so should is it worth the shot?

Does it still have the tags on?
If yes, they may honor an exchange. If no, then no.
But, generally, changing your mind for a newer color typically does not fall under our reasons for allowing an overdue return

I tried yesterday to return something from Dec and Jan with tags on and was denied ugh…. I was told it was a new policy that they are being stricter.
That’s not new it’s always been 30 days with proof of purchase and tags still attached
Like, you’ve used it? The tags are off? No. You can’t exchange a used item that’s otherwise not defective for a new item because prefer the color lol
It’s 30 days for unworn/unused items with the tags on. Not 6 months for an exchange for a used item.
It’s the same as every other retailer ever. There is no retailer on earth you can buy an item, use it for months, and then return or exchange it when another color comes up you like. That isn’t a thing anywhere
thank you! i had hope because there’s been numerous times where my mom had bought something from marshall’s or even walmart, and returns it (longest i’ve seen was 3 months) however, the items weren’t even opened from the package, which is probably why they were able to return it for her.
