First the CIRA claims the previous strike notice was a new strike despite relevant law on the subject stating it’s the same strike until a new collective agreement has been ratified. Now a new agreement comes out of nowhere while the port workers are back on the job? The federal government is applying pressure on the union on behalf of BCMEA and it’s horseshit.
