The adult celebrity is a “patriot of her country,” said one of the amputees who took part in a flirty photo shoot.

Yulia Senyuk is more famous under her stage name Josephine Jackson — where her porn appearances have garnered over 200 million views — and now she’s using that celebrity status to raise funds for Ukrainian soldiers who lost limbs in the war against Russia.

“Porn actress rehabilitates the military. Wow!” Senyuk told POLITICO. “We wanted to draw attention to the problem of rehabilitation after injuries. Because a lot of people collect for drones, but forget about prosthetics. I think I managed to attract attention because more people started collecting donations for prosthetics.”

The 29-year-old resident of Lviv in western Ukraine became an ambassador for Tytanovi Rehab, a media initiative of a Kyiv clinic involved in the rehabilitation of more than 30 Ukrainian military amputees.

Senyuk took part in two photo shoots with Ukrainian war amputees, aimed at drawing attention to the lack of financing for prosthetics — a key need for thousands of Ukrainians who have lost limbs in the Russian invasion.

      lol what?

That comment was about how porn addiction is not a real addiction but people who have porn issues have more issues with their religious beliefs than they do with porn.

I love it. Keep downvoting, people are weird

Porn addiction definitely is a real addiction seeing as there are plenty of non-religious people and people of various religions who prefer to actually be able to live their life rather than be horny all the time.

No it’s not. I am not an expert, but porn addiction is not a recognized diagnosis. According to research the main thing people with so called porn addiction share is a feeling that the behavior they are engaging in js immoral or unhealthy. The morality conflict is in the mind is the issue.

Masturbation is healthy and good for the body. To solve the morality issue either stop masturbating or accept your behavior.

Basically, as I understand it. Porn addiction is not a real addiction because there is no correlation between the amount of porn consumed and the feeling that one is addicted.

But there is a correlation between people who feel they have porn addiction and the amount of religiosity they have or believe in, regardless of the amount of porn they consume.

It’s a difficult subject to talk about because of the strong feelings and morality issues that people feel are real.

But (edited: respect to) your religion. Masturbation is healthy and good, and porn is not going anywhere regardless of how you or your religion feel about it morally. Porn addiction is a made up thing by people who feel bad about masturbating.

I am not an expert, but porn addiction is not a recognized diagnosis.

The DSM doesn’t determine the truth. It is just an arbitrary grouping of symptoms in a book.

According to research the main thing people with so called porn addiction share is a feeling that the behavior they are engaging in js immoral or unhealthy.

Unhealthy doesn’t mean just physically. Porn can definitely be mentally unhealthy.

Masturbation is healthy and good for the body.

Water is healthy and good for the body, drowning is not.

Porn addiction is not a real addiction because there is no correlation between the amount of porn consumed and the feeling that one is addicted.

What? How does that not make something an addiction. First of all, because someone could have misconceptions about how much others consume, someone could think wanting to eat a candy bar every day makes them addicted to sugar, while someone else could crave and drink 3 2Ls a day and think they’re not addicted. And second, yeah, because addiction is based not on quantity but on impact. Someone could be healthy and drink a few glasses of wine every day, someone else could be unemployed and pawn their child’s bed to buy wine to drink those few glasses. One of those at least indicates an addiction.

But there is a correlation between people who feel they have porn addiction and the amount of religiosity they have or believe in, regardless of the amount of porn they consume.

Again, there are a not of non-religious people who feel they are addicted to porn.

But (edited: respect to) your religion. Masturbation is healthy and good, and porn is not going anywhere regardless of how you or your religion feel about it morally. Porn addiction is a made up thing by people who feel bad about masturbating.

I am a gay agnostic. I prefer to spend time with my partner rather than waiting for him to fall asleep and looking at porn. I prefer to spend time with my parents when I visit them rather than staying in bed for hours after I wake up looking at porn.
