    In sales in the trades there’s a saying that 33% of people always buy no matter what, 33% need to be convinced and shown the value of what you’re offering, and 33% are too cheap and are usually considered bad money. That bad 33% cause the most warranty calls/issues, are generally a customer service time/money sink, and are often abusive.

    Ex. Realtors fall into that bad 33%. Often short with CSRs to the point of being abusive, want quick service because the buyer typically requests an HVAC/plumbing/electrical inspection at the last minute, and are CHEAP. We have a special price code just for them called real estate inspection. It’s 7x higher than the typical residential inspection fee because those assholes aren’t worth dealing with unless they’re paying through the nose.

    Yes, I realize not all realtors are jackasses. We have 2 out of all of the ones that want our service that we have no problem charging the lower rate to because they treat our employees with respect.
