    I’ve never seen a study on those buttons, and dogs do understand language talked to them, but I’m guessing that they don’t have any idea what they’re actually “saying” with those buttons.

    Humans and dogs co-evolved. Dogs have simple needs. It’s not difficult to know exactly what your dog wants without a button.

      They can figure out that a certain button or combination gets them food or walkies, but that’s it.

          Well yeah, but it’s not language. Besides, most dogs can figure out some way to say “I want to go for a walk” or “I’m hungry” without the need for some buttons from Amazon
