Finished this one up last week, it’s actually designed by myself as I’ve been trying to learn a bit more about pixel art and specifically working in isometric. It definitely could’ve done with being darker under the bench but whatever! Proud of it anyway.
Husband is obsessed with pixel art as a medium and he thinks this is just about the coolest project ever, so it can go on display in his office where I don’t have to look at that glaring lack of bench shadow 😄
Cross-stitch is completely outside my zone of interests, but I agree with your husband this is absolutely cool. I love the subject matter juxtaposition with style, you didn’t go with something impossible in reality. Fantastic work.

I find the main difference is that you can’t add backstitch to pixel art. 😉
Hmm. Combo pixel art with vector outlines. That could be a style 🤔
Displaying it would be kind of tough unless you used oversized faux pixels, though. I mean, ultimately everything that goes on a normal screen is translated to raster.
