    Better than half a dozen people being crushed by a pallet. They had to redesign humanitarian air drop deployments in Iraq during the Gulf war. People were gathering too close to drop zones not realizing how fast they were moving relative to their weight.

    They had to redesign them to break apart in the air at a certain altitude and scatter to the ground. Getting hit by an MRE traveling that fast can’t feel great, but it’s better than being crushed.
