    That’s the goal of everyone. I don’t know a single person who doesn’t want to paid fairly for the work they do.

        Lol, and you’re the reason why companies have to put programs like this into effect. Folks that are much better than you at their jobs are getting less money because of sex or skin color. You and those like you are ruining it for everyone else with that “fuck you, I got mine” attitude.
