    Harm reduction, from my perspective, is not reducing the harm," said Breed during a rally in front of City Hall on Monday afternoon raising awareness about the city’s fentanyl deaths. “It is making things worse. I will not apologize for the stances I have taken that are controversial. For the people who are selling poison on the streets of San Francisco, that’s taken life.”

    Who gives a shit about "your perspective " lady. It’s the equivalent of “trust me”. There’s plenty of actual science on harm reduction versus incarceration and I bet you she knows nothing about either of them. When are you voting her out for someone who knows what harm reduction and “the war on drugs” mean.

      Plus she was all about harm reduction when it seemed popular. She was pushing for safe injection sites which never actually materialized. We literally aren’t doing any harm reduction in SF with the exception of some smaller programs like the exceptionally valuable Stonewall program.
