Hello. Started Palia on Switch today. Looks really good until now.
There is a progress bar below my name. It started to flash and I have no idea what this is, how I can “use” and fill it up.

It sounds like the GUI might be a little different on Switch, but I bet that’s your focus bar! You fill it by eating any foods, and it goes down when you exert yourself. I think if you do activities with your focus filled up, you get additional experience towards that activity?
