He’s made some changes that should be coming into effect in the fall through his housing plan. This includes the municipal “naughty list” which has already been released and legislative changes that will permit up to 4 units per parcel province wide. There are a few more policies but those are the two that are at the top of my mind.
Municipalities have not gotten much notice about how these changes will be effecting zoning and stuff but I assume more info will be released some time in the next couple months.
