The issue is that these fundamentally are dangerous for other trail users. Calling them e-bikes is extremely misleading. This guy seems relatively respectful but I’ve seen others who ride like maniacs and endanger people.
Some people call damn near anything an ebike and insist they’re correct: If it doesn’t have pedals, then it is 100% not an ebike.
