Hi!
Im currently trying a shield pro 2019. Im ok with the device.
My only realy problem is not being able to output the 24fps of some movies nicely (so it doesnt look as smooth as it could)
Id like to have sth more new tho. Im looking at alot of options. Most of it seems to be the same shitty box. Its hard to compare since there are hundreds of technologies on them. Everytime i find a new one im happy until i perfectly read all the specs.
Is there a box that can play dolby vision, HDR10 and passthrough lossless DTS and lossless dolby audio? They say there is no perfect stream box. im ok with that.
but it seems like i can only have dolby vision or lossless dts passthrough. sadly much of content is dolby vision, but some of the nicest movie mixes are DTS HD MA
Im ready to drop streaming capabilities like netfilx, youtube etc and easy of use, and maybe go up in price a little bit…
The only thing that can do that seems to be the much more expensive Dune HD Pro Vision 4K Solo. Is that correct? Do I overlook something?
There also seems to be a bit of a controversy regarding if dolby vision is being played correctly on some of the devices wich I find just ridiculous. (even the shield has a redshift? im not sure about that atm)
