There’s a grain of truth to it. Make no mistake, Hamas is run by oligarchs with ties of Iran. But, Hamas has also been supported by Isreal - and Netenyahu himself.

This is because Hamas is politically advantageous to Netenyahu, as they represent the Iranian oligopoly more than they do Palestinians.

It’s money mounds for the leadership, martyrdom for the grunts.

Palestine needs it’s own state, and not via lip service, and it’s own official military. Continuously believing Hamas can fill that gap is dangerous.
