Jim Crow laws were more equal to apartheid in the states.
And apartheid has a real legal meaning in international agreements:

Which is much different than the US and the reservations.
But the goal isn’t to keep them that way, it’s to eradicate them for settlers to take the land, just like the US
Reservations have different laws too (the reason they have lots of casinos)

What Israel is doing isn’t apartheid, it’s ethnic replacement and genocide, that’s why it’s comparable to the US
