That is a full sheet cake that was thrown 40 feet with impeccable accuracy. He must have been doing this for years.
Apparently he’s been doing it since 2011, so he got time to practice. He’s got insane accuracy now.
Yep, I’ve seen photos of him doing it at a set he did at limelight before it’s renewed identity crisis over the last decade. Though it wasn’t sheet cakes back then lol.

I thought maybe it was like a whipped cream “cake” but it does fly with some heft. It looks like person on left (her right) has their arm out which breaks impact which is good. I can’t imagine getting a full fucking sheet cake to the face.
