Interesting but not that satisfying. Why would someone be documenting weather in different places etc etc. Maybe she worked in a telegraph office and was similarly puzzled by the messages?
Yeah, there’s got to be a reason she thought to save them in a secret pocket sewn into a magnificent dress. Even if that reason was misguided, a delusion of adventure or something :)
Clearly she substituted a fake weather report into the national broadcast in order to confuse the army and get away with some sort of elaborate heist.
Now I need to find a decent writer to help me turn this into a ridiculous screenplay that hopefully makes me rich.
