2FA token somehow wrong?

I signed up for 2FA when logged into my mobile browser, and now when trying to log in on my PC, it says my TOTP token is wrong.

I knew that when there were no recovery codes, that this 2FA implementation was trouble—anyone have any idea on how to recover?
