I’ve been playing against each difficulty of AI and started winning consistently until reaching “Hardest” mode which is kicking my butt every time. I notice my early attacks that seemed to devastate the “Hard” mode no longer work, they just retaliate with twice the army moments later, and I have no answer to it.

How and when should I begin to harass in the early game? What can I do to stand up to the enemy attacks?
