Recently purchased the AX3000 mesh system and didn’t realize the amount of features it has as a router. Have been using the Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X with my setup prior and was curious if anyone had advice/experience in which setup would be best. I’m looking to implement VLANs and QOS to aid with my IOT devices, TVs, etc.
AX3000 as router utilizing their IOT network feature and other built in functions?
AX3000 as Access Points utilizing the ERX as my router and have that handle all VLANing etc.

The IOT network on the TP-Link Deco systems are not isolated and have full access to the rest of your network.
