Have people figured out yet that a scooter being left somewhere doesn’t mean it’s just abandoned? Most people on /r/regina were confused about this.
I’m a bit confused about it, too.
What are the acceptable places to leave a scooter? I saw one on a sidewalk leaning against a fence on a residential street. Certainly that’s wrong. Should they be parked on the street? I downloaded the Neuron app and it doesn’t really say, as far as I can tell.
That not an ideal location but yeah, that’s probably considered acceptable.
