I’m a little surprised they suggest we coexist with these animals when as far as I know they are an invasive species here.

Alberta has a rat patrol that has been pretty successful with rats for a very long time. I’m a little surprised we haven’t been able to extend our talents to much larger slower breeding mammals as raccoons.
