No. I am stating that Hamas terrorists control what they say.
And yet every major organization and multiple governments, including the US, consider their numbers reliable. So they clearly don’t think Hamas controls what the Ministry of Health says.
The Hamas terrorists own the mouths of all entities withing Gaza.
Then why does practically everyone important consider the Ministry of Health’s death and casualty numbers reliable and have considered the Ministry’s numbers as such for years?
