I really don’t have a lot of confidence in PSAC here. They’ve been touting that they were able to secure “stronger language”, but they weren’t able to actually get any concessions on the remote work policy (or pay raises that meet inflation) enshrined in the collective agreement. They got a bad deal and they’ve been spinning the story for the past few months in order to safeguard the union execs’ positions.
