Still enjoying the new job, the reduction in stress has made a huge difference in my mental health.
I’ve been finding a lot of joy in from scratch cooking and trying to be near zero waste in my cooking. I meal prepped the week and made a coq au vin that was fantastic with plenty of leftovers.
