All ICMB type missiles reach hypersonic velocity. It’s gravity that does this.
Actual hypersonics according to NATO, are missiles that use engines to propel at hypersonic speeds AND can maneuver at that speed.
This is the F15 all over again. An actual development to a perceived Russian threat that only exists in Russian rhetoric and dreams.
