I’ve talked to a number of people arranging a MAID death for work. Every single one could not wait for their pain and suffering to end. Most wanted to die naturally, but unfortunately some people persist.

I met one lady who lost her lower jaw to cancer. She had developed gangrene on the lower parts of her face. She was literally rotting while alive. She and her husband had been wishing for her death for weeks but it didn’t come. MAID was a relief for them both. Anyone against MAID hasn’t sat with someone dying a slow and painful death.
