The main thing I’m not sure about is the gaps on top and the globs and strings on the top and sides. I think the gaps on the bottom might be needing to level the bed and extruders better, and maybe I need to try a raft for the warping?

I’m using a flashforge creator pro with a glass print bed and layerneer bed weld, happy to fill in any other details too. I’m new to 3d printing so I’m not really sure what all the necessary details might be needed to figure out the problem

    Might want to tune a couple things;

    • Levelling the bed
    • Use a slicer like Cura or PrusaSlicer for more settings
    • Calibrate dimensions with calipers by printing a test cube
    • Calibrate extrusion/E steps (should help with the underextrusion / voids on top)
    • Adjust your retraction
    • Adjust your filament extrusion multiplier
    • Adjust your printing temperatures
    • Make sure to grab the purge at the start that some printers do
    • Adjust your first layer settings. It appears as if the random bits are from the first layer. Might not be but couldnt hurt to adjust in any case
    • Brims are typically more than enough for prints but a raft could help with larger things with significant warping
    • If you have a heated bed, make sure thats on
    • Some smaller settings like “avoid crossing perimeters” or “z hop” might help.
