We’re unaffiliated to r/Scholar, although we have the same goal. This community was created due to the dislike of what reddit has become.

A valid DOI/ISBN/PMID is required.
A valid URL is required.
No misuse of /c/Scholar’s services.
This community is maintained by volunteers who go out of their way to help provide material. Please respect their time and assistance. If you make a request, please do not abandon it.
No requests to help find sources for research.
No requests for things easily obtainable elsewhere
eg: books available on LibGen, articles already on SciHub, etc.
No digital piracy.
Requesting financial compensation can be considered digital piracy in some cases. This includes selling or distribution of any material provided to you from /c/Scholar. If we find cases of digital piracy, it will be removed regardless of the intent.

Be sure to include all needed info in your request: full citation; DOI, PMID or ISSN if you ask for article, DOI or ISBN if you ask for book/chapter; link to paywall or link to PubMed or WorldCat record.
