I don’t think all lawyers are to blame, just like I don’t think all docs are… but I fucking guarantee you, SOME lawyers and some docs are certainly to blame for the problems for both systems because it profits them greatly and they do nothing to stop it.

my neighbor is a public defender and chronically overworked. all I know is she doesn’t get the low-hanging fruit and profitable cases, she gets to defend those who can’t afford representation - but crucially - only because it’s criminal, not civil. I look at all the cases decided by civil law where people have to seek legal aide because they can’t afford representation and weep.

but i play mc once or twice a year these days, with my kid and nephews, java. have been playing since indev but really see it as a sandbox more than a game. a few things:

I always turn on the starter chest and try to survive a night. I also enable keep inventory on death because if I mined something i want to keep it fuck sake lol
