PSA: Conditional Finality is NOT the move with NBP. The first shot tends to freeze the enemy more than kill them which doesn’t proc the overshield.
Maybe until it’s return with trench barrel or cascade point could be good

Shader is all Neopop Wave. A season of the splicer shader I think.
