Let’s be real, the whole league has done dodgy deals. Whether it’s now or way, way back. It’s always been going on.

If the same story comes out about another team or two it is definitely the case of the league trying to bring up enough stories to say look everyone is cheating to get out of punishing City/Chelsea.

Would be the most Spurs thing to carry on their good form, win the league and then get a points deduction meaning 2nd place wins it.

So what I understood is They can be hit with:

    a transfer ban

    points deduction or

    relegation to a lower division

Wenger is too soft low-key everyone else was cheating in some way even spurs but he wanted to moral victory his way to a title

I wouldn’t even call this cheating from spurs, just seems like a deadline day oversight. Spurs are known for having some of the cleanest books in the pyramid.

Screw point reductions or fines, spurs need some actual punishment so they don’t do it again. I say make them rehire Conte on a long term contract, that will truly make them regret breaking the rules

-1 point to Spurs for reasons

-50 points to Pompey cause easier to punish

-5 to Everton cause Defoe has a couple Es in his name

If we receive a harsher punishment than City or Chelsea than I’m done with the sport. There’s plenty of less corrupt sports in the world to enjoy.

Who cares, Defoe and Crouch was a fun duo at Portsmouth. Shame he went back to Spurs so soon. Crouch too for that matter lol

And this was around the era that Spurs fans were calling into national radio stations demanding their players walk off the pitch whenever refs gave a decision against their team. How ironic that it turns out it was them who were actually getting the favourable treatment.

I knew it. Shady shady sods. They took advantage of anything and everything suring that period. I’d love to see someone go to the same level of detail for the begovic and kaboul deals. Somehow we ended up owing spurs as we sold begovic to stoke? Wtf is that?

Why’s this coming to light only now? Didn’t anyone notice back then? Or didn’t care? But we care now?
