After announcing the release date for Overwatch 2: Invasion over the weekend, Blizzard has now confirmed you’ll have to pay for the new PvE content.

It’s real unfortunate because it feels like the PvP is in a pretty good state right now to be honest. Getting rid of the extra tank has increased the pace of the game which has been a great thing.
And here i though that I cannot be any more disappointed

Wow Blizzard? Really. Charging for PVE that was the whole reason Overwatch 2 was made free to play, or the reason Overwatch 2 was created all together, even. And all of that while delivering far, far less than promised? It’s a crazy tone deaf move.
