5-star Tera Raid Battles: Shiny Rayquaza
During this event, Blissey will be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles. These Blissey will have various Tera Types. Defeating Blissey will give you a chance to earn lots of rewards, such as various Tera Shards and bonus Exp. Candies.
I wish I could access these battles! I’ve beaten all three main stories in carmesin, finished the dlc around ogerpon and am currently in the blueberry academy but still no such raids in paldera. Am I missing something?
• You’ll be able to find 5-star Tera Raid Battles after completing Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet’s main story. If you haven’t completed the main story, you may still participate in these Tera Raid Battles by joining other Trainers in multiplayer.
After the credits roll you should start to see black Terra raid nodes. One of the npcs will warn you about how dangerous they are.

How to Unlock 5-Star Raids
Unlock by Finishing the Game
To gain access to 5-Star Raids, you need to finish the game’s three storylines (Victory Road, Starfall Street, and Path of Legends), as well as the The Way Home storyline.
To complete all of these, you will need to assemble a team with Pokemon around Level 65 to 70. It may be possible to clear these paths with Pokemon of a lower level, but doing that may be too challenging for some players. So start farming EXP to make your Pokemon more powerful!
I wonder if the previous raid build of Azumarill will knock ole Rayray out. I’m curious if anyone here finds a winning strat
My first go at Rayquaza was with Azumaril and it went poorly. I switched to a Clefable holding a covert cloak (to avoid confusion from Hurricane) with draining kiss, life dew, moonblast, reflect, and calm mind. I got in two victories before I fell asleep waiting for another raid.
Just knocked out my first 2 using this (minus the calm mind) it’s a beast!
I never used calm mind either.
Thanks for sharing your strat! I take it you were raiding online with others and not solo?
Yes, I almost always do online raids rather than solo.
I usually do the same. Got a friend that only does solo so maybe calm mind will work out well for him vs life dew
Bellydrum/play rough Azumarill is tough on dragons that is for sure.
