    His “groundbreaking” pardons of federal prisoners arrested for possession?

    How many federal, not state, cases do you think come up for simple possession and not intent to sell?

    I’m sure the dozen or so people that narrowly fell under that criteria are happy, but I could break more ground by accidentally dropping a toddler’s toy shovel.
