ive been a young driver for a few years and honestly ANY time I am in a school zone , I see somebody whose at a the start of a schoolzone somehow zip right up behind me and it really grates my nerves , like whats the poing of a schoolzone if you are going to do that? Just to look good and abiding the rules from 8-9 and 3-4 and free for all at other times?

Then i feel bad like I’m going too slow. but I’m not. Is there a word for this?
