This is a WASTE of Taxpayer Money! I would MUCH rather spend $20 MILLION putting those same people in JAILS!

Finland had a lot of success with similar programs. Glad to see it’s catching on.
I think Utah (or SLC?) did some kind of pilot program like this, too - several years ago, I think.
