    Omar Alghabra’s departure is the most unanticipated for me. He isn’t particularly old, and after 15 years of running for the federal Liberals, finally broke into cabinet in 2021. I’m curious as to where he goes next—I kind of doubt he would just abandon his political career without something enticing to go to.

    And again, the article ends with “Get your tar and feathers! Mendicino is getting fired!” Not that I am defending him. I’m just amused at the zeal the news seems to have about him getting shoved to the backbenches.
