So I have a question for anyone who works there or has worked there. Pretty much I guess I need advice…so I’ve been wanting to work there as an educator for a while and have applied a few times twice including yesterday I’ve been invited to the group interview. So after doing some research I think the first time I didn’t get past that round I’m almost positive was because of my availability at the time ok I get it. Yesterday I had an amazing experience it felt like talking to old friends. I really liked the two managers I talked too and could even see myself being friends with them same with the other girls I was interviewing with in the group it was genuinely a fun and uplifting experience as cheesy as that sounds it really was I didn’t really have to much trouble with the questions other then I always get anxious during interviews and always later on think of a hundred even better ways I could have answered but I do that literally all the time when it’s a job I really want and like I said I’ve been wanting to work at lululemon SO bad for years now. This morning I got the infamous rejection email and I don’t really know why but it definitely sucks. I was just wondering if anyone who has ever worked there has any advice what do you look for when hiring an educator or even what is a good way to stand out during the interview. This is still something I would definitely want to do in the future and I want to reapply as soon as I can but I hope I could make it past the group round then and hopefully work there

Does being an educator mean you work for lululemon? I’ve definitely thought it was weird that teachers were sharing their occupation so much but thought they got a special discount or something. This makes so much sense lmao.

Hi everyone! I was wondering how long the hiring process usually takes for a part time educator position? Like is there online training that needs to be done before the first day actually in the store?
