I made a return with multiple items included, but received 20% of the refund amount I was told I’d be getting. They are claiming all of the items were not sent, but they were all included in the same package. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, what was the resolution? I’m getting a little nervous this is gone on a few days without them figuring out what happened to the missing items on their end.
Edit: I was able to get this sorted out because I showed them a copy of the USPS receipt detailing the tracking info & the weight of the package I sent back which was over 4lbs and there was no way 2 metal vent tee shirts were over 4lbs. This was enough for them to settle this matter and make me whole, apparently. So take my advice, save every receipt you have that involves Lululemon.
Did your return contain multiple items but that were from different orders? id:kwwj1f5
Yes id:kwx7d8b
Different orders need to be sent back individually. They all correspond to different order numbers. id:kwy8u6m
This was all worked out and specified in the return authorization form. I was emailed and included inside the package. It outlines which SKUs correspond to which order. That’s how I was instructed to Mail package back one package all of the items with that return authorization form. id:kwyvjr7
Try talking to a different person.

It’s been raised to support resolution which has been an awful process so far. I can’t reach out to them on the phone. It has to be via email or they call me and I have to hope I can take the call at the time. It’s a difference of $600 so I’m getting a little stressed and annoyed

Resolutions is horrible. I had someone use my card for thousands worth of purchases. They won’t share any information about the order with me: what was ordered, tracking, etc. and they won’t issue any kind of refund. They are truly the worst people alive.

You should probably just contact your bank??

They also took WEEKS for even a basic reply. They do this crap intentionally.

I did, but the bank also asks that you contact merchants prior to/in conjunction with disputes.
