Hello, to those of you who work at Lulu, I was just curious as to what kind of benefits you guys get? I’m between this and fabletics and I’ve tried on a lot of their clothes and I’ll be honest they both have good gym clothes. I don’t wanna ask the hiring managers cause I feel like that puts me in a position where I seem like I’m in it only for the benefits so to not deal with that id like for someone who works there to lmk what kind of benefits you get, thanks!
And I’ll be honest, fabletics shorts I prefer over Lulu, shirts and some sweats, I’m a male.

Asking about benefits is standard in a hiring process. Your recruiter can send you our one-pager that outlines your total compensation package - salary, bonus, investments, health, contribution matches, etc.
I can bottom line it for you - our package is far stronger than that of fabletics.
Out of curiosity, how is the health coverage?
More comprehensive than industry average
