Judging by where his mouth usually is 90% of the time, might need to, oh dear, how do I say this politely…stick it to his button?

Duh, it’s a cat. It’ll simply have its human servant light and hold the joint while it partakes.
I used to know a couple who smoked weed and had a cat that seemed to love it. Any time they would smoke, it didn’t matter where the cat was or what it was doing, it would make its way to where they were to sniff the little trails of smoke. Sometimes it would meow at them, which they said was the cat’s way of requesting whatever it’s called where you blow smoke directly into someone else’s nose/mouth/whatever. So, they’d blow smoke towards the cat and honestly, it would actively take big breaths of the stuff.
Not sure if that’s animal abuse or not, but the cat seemed to enjoy it so I’m personally leaning towards not.
