Ran out of my ritual multi vitamins and wanted some quick, got these from Walgreens.

What do yall use? I know I’ve heard it’s best to use multiple bottles for different nutritional needs but that sounds super inconvenient.

I’m in the US but order from Vegetology. We get their Multis, omega oils, d3, and b12’s. The orange algal oil is really good for kids. They don’t make kids vitamins so still looking for a good one of those, currently using the garden of life chewables. Wanted to get the ritual kids vitamins 4+ but they have been oos for months now and never got to try them.

Seconding the Deva multi’s. Also seconding Vegetology’s Omega-3. While I don’t think it’s personally necessary to add anything else on top of taking these two, to make sure your hitting even more markers you could also:

      • Take a B-complex.

      • Take one 250mg choline supplement every few days.

      • Take one 200 mcg selenium supplement every few days.

      • Take at least 2.5g creatine every day.

Cheap supermarket vits. Any kind of balanced diet is unlikely to result in a chronic deficiency, so expensive multivits are a ripoff.
