I’ve been doing “OMAD” since December and lost about 20 pounds (also lots of jogging). Totally changed how I think about weight loss.
Awesome! Congrats! It’s been 7 days now and I’ve dropped 5 pounds. Been paddle board surfing almost every day and lifted in the gym for the first time in many years. Honestly, I was expecting to loose more…idk why I’m so impatient. Again, big congrats to you!
