Mixtral is the best of all without doubts. I use as a daily driver too and thr fact that it has loose censorship (until now) give me always great awnsers.

I am willing to even share a room, as long as I keep it cheap, so, not worrying about a room for one, right now. Didn’t put the time to make the search in french, so, will look into colocataire on marketplace and search engine also. I will be far from IGA and closer to Sami’s Fruit, for sure. I was thinking to live in the suburbs. The worst places to live in Montreal is incredibly cozy for my standards.
