They said they never felt like they slept anymore, because they’re lucid all day and night.

Here we’re taught to go with the flow of traffic. It’s safer to go the same speed as everyone else than to be the one car everyone has to go around.

Yeah, videos from my phone. Most things aren’t an issue.
Other video players work fine. My PC is fairly new.
I find VLC really struggles with UHD high frame-rate video.
I’ve heard list-making can be bad because you get a sense of accomplishment just for putting the list together, and not actually doing anything on the list.
